Synopsis

Eleven-year-old Miyori's parents abandoned her, leaving her emotionally withdrawn and unwilling to connect with anyone. She ends up living with her grandmother near a forest, where she spends time walking alone. At first, the woods just feel empty and isolating, matching her lonely state of mind. But as she explores deeper, she starts encountering strange things that make her realize the forest isn't what she initially thought—there's something much more to it than meets the eye.
