Synopsis

Hamtaro's been having the same dream over and over—a beautiful princess hamster in tears, begging for help. He can't shake it, even when he wakes up. Then one winter day, Laura mentions the family's heading back to her dad's hometown. When Hamtaro tells his friends, Maxwell digs up an old Ham-Ham history book that mentions something called "Hamja Kingdom," a legendary hamster homeland. Following the book's instructions, the Ham-Hams build a sand castle, recite a spell, and get transported to the Kingdom. It's incredible—King Hamja, the Mini-Hams they've met before, magical jar creatures called Mo-Hams, parades with music and dancing. Then everything goes wrong. A cat sorcerer named Sabakunya shows up on a giant sheep monster called Mee Mee and starts destroying the town. The Ham-Hams escape underground and learn the truth: Sabakunya's kidnapped Princess Shera, the King's daughter, and plans to force her to marry him on the Kingdom's Founding Day so he can take over the country. That's when it hits Hamtaro—Princess Shera is the girl from his dreams. He's desperate to save her. The Ham-Hams make their way into Sabakunya's castle. They face trap after trap, and during the chaos, Hamtaro gets separated from the group while being chased by Sabakunya's minions.
