Synopsis

Angels from the planet Eden have been watching over Earth since the beginning of time, keeping tabs on humanity—or "Earthians," as they call them. Chihaya and Kagetsuya are two agents sent down to evaluate both the good and bad sides of human nature. The problem is, Chihaya keeps getting emotionally invested in Earthian affairs and breaking protocol, which drives Kagetsuya crazy. On top of that, Chihaya's got these mysterious black wings that don't fit the typical angel mold, and as he digs into where they came from, he ends up uncovering a whole chain of secrets.
