Synopsis

Dr. Octo, a researcher obsessed with octopuses, decides humanity needs to be replaced by a superior species—namely, eight-legged cephalopods. His plan? Kidnap idol singer Sumire Hoshino, who secretly moonlights as Perman #3. The problem is that Mitsuo Suwa (Perman #1) is head over heels for Sumire and has no idea she's his superhero partner. When he finds out she's been taken, he transforms in a rage to rescue her. Turns out fighting a giant octopus is a lot tougher than expected. This film was released as a double feature alongside Doraemon Movie 25: Nobita no Wan Nyan Jikuuden and Doraemon Anniversary 25.
