Synopsis

Vampires are supposedly weak to tons of things, but it's usually balanced out by their overwhelming power. Draluc, though? This vampire lord is basically fragile to everything. Vampire hunter Ronald takes a job to break into Draluc's castle and rescue some woman's kid from the "Invincible Progenitor." Sounds straightforward enough. Except when he gets there, Ronald realizes the vampire crumbles to ash from something as simple as a handclap. And the kid he was sent to save? The guy just wandered in to play video games while Draluc was napping. Things go downhill fast. Ronald accidentally destroys Draluc's castle, and now the ridiculously fragile vampire has nowhere to go—so he moves in with the hunter who just beat him. Now Ronald, Draluc, and Draluc's pet armadillo John are stuck together as this weird team trying to survive Ronald's psychotic editor, the vampire gangs running around the city, and other hunters looking to take them all down.
