Synopsis

A legendary spirit doctor travels around helping yaoguai deal with whatever's ailing them—curses, possession, spiritual sickness, you name it. She's got this silent bell she always carries, and honestly, almost nobody's actually seen her face. She's got a small crew: a young monk who follows her around and a serpent demon who can take human form. As they move from place to place, we get to know all these different yaoguai and find out what's actually wrong with them, why they're suffering. Sometimes the humans they run into benefit from her help too, but the real focus is on the spirit side of things.
