When Yuri Otani starts middle school, she gets dragged into the "Alien Party"—basically a club obsessed with one thing: stopping any aliens that try to get onto school grounds. Problem is, Yuri's terrified of aliens and wants nothing to do with this. Making it worse, she's assigned a "Borg," this weird alien-like creature that's supposed to protect her. At least she clicks with her two teammates: Kumi Kawamura, who's dependable and level-headed, and Kasumi Tomine, the smart and hyperactive one. As the group takes on alien invasions with nothing but roller blades and lacrosse sticks, they'll have to figure out if that's enough to actually win—or if they're about to get destroyed and pay the price for losing.
