Synopsis

In this colorful, wacky take on Battle Spirits, cards are scattered all over the galaxy, and every "card quester" out there is hunting for the rarest ones. Rei's the star of the show—a flashy wanderer who's obsessed with being the best. He travels with Mugen, a small dragon, and Salt, a sarcastic robot, picking fights and showing off his card skills wherever he goes. Things get interesting when Rei crosses paths with Raira and Rikuto April, who might actually know where the ultimate Battle Spirits card is hiding. The three of them team up to track it down, running into all kinds of eccentric characters along the way. But they're not alone in this hunt—a shadowy group called the Guild wants the card too, and they're willing to fight dirty for it. As Rei clashes with the Guild and proves himself against stronger opponents, his claim to being number one starts to feel a lot less certain. What starts as a treasure hunt gradually turns into something bigger, uncovering mysteries that could reshape the fate of the entire universe.
