Synopsis

Kurumi is devastated after her boyfriend Hal dies in a plane crash, and she retreats into isolation in a small house. Her grandfather decides to intervene by sending her a humanoid robot named Q01, who's been programmed to look and act like Hal. As this android version of Hal makes repeated visits, Kurumi gradually lets her guard down and starts pulling herself out of depression—though she's reluctant at first. But Q01 isn't quite what he seems, and as their strange relationship deepens, both Kurumi and the robot discover something neither of them expected.
