Synopsis

The alien invader Goa sets his sights on conquering Earth. He first confronts the Murakami family—father Atsushi, mother Tomoko, and son Mamoru—with a warning, then proves he means business by dragging them to a prehistoric jungle and obliterating a giant dinosaur right in front of them. When they refuse to surrender, help arrives in the form of Magma, a towering golden warrior with long hair and antennae, along with his human-sized wife Mol. Both were created by the wizard Earth to protect the planet from Goa's invasion. Magma and Mol quickly bond with the Murakami family, especially young Mamoru, who ends up touching Magma's heart—the giant had always wanted a child with Mol. So Earth creates a duplicate of Mamoru called Gam, and gives the real Mamoru a magical whistle he can use to summon Gam, Mol, and Magma whenever danger strikes. It's a good thing too, because Goa keeps unleashing massive kaiju to terrorize the world.
