Seikichi Kuroda runs Hekikuu High School as its self-proclaimed guardian—basically the top thug. When he hears that a first-year transfer student named Seiichirou Kitano is terrorizing his entire class, Seikichi figures he'll just intimidate the kid into line. That plan falls apart the moment he actually sees Seiichirou's face. It's so horrifying that Seikichi bolts in terror. Thing is, Seiichirou's actually a good guy.
