Synopsis

The Kingdom of Clays is in chaos. Someone just tried to assassinate Princess Lynneburg, and the neighboring kingdoms are already circling like sharks, ready to tear the kingdom apart. The fallout from this attack will reshape the entire continent—but Noor has no idea any of it is happening. He just arrived in the capital after spending over a decade training in isolation up in the mountains. All he cares about is chasing his childhood dream: becoming an adventurer. The problem? His only real skill is "Parry," which lets him block thousands of sword strikes in a single breath. Impressive, sure, but that's literally it. Everyone knows you need more than one ability to actually make it as an adventurer. Still, Noor's not worried. He's got determination, he's willing to put in the work, and that's going to have to be enough. How hard could it possibly be?
