A long time ago, two of six specially chosen and powerful Saint Beasts—Judas and Luca—led a rebellion in Heaven and got cast down to Hell for it. Before that war, Heaven had been peaceful, with angels living their lives without conflict. On the day of Benediction, six adolescent angels—Judas, Luca, Goh, Shin, Rey, and Gai—are made into adults by Zeus himself. Each of them has their own unique abilities, and as they adjust to their new adult forms, they start crossing paths and forming friendships. Of course, we know where two of them end up eventually.
