But something's seriously wrong—the game's cyberspace is bleeding into reality. Every hit landed in the game causes actual destruction in the real city. It all started when players experienced something terrifying: a agonized scream, a ghostly face appearing in their vision, and an overwhelming smell of lemon. Nobody knows what it means. The game's creator decides the only way to figure this out is to recruit the three best gamers Xenon has to offer—basically, the Dream Team. Problem is, they're all rebellious, arrogant teenagers who'd rather trash-talk each other than cooperate. If they want answers, they'll have to get over themselves and their own fears. And what they discover ends up being way darker and bigger than just a glitchy video game.
