Synopsis

After the Li Zhu Grotto-Heaven falls apart, Chen Ping'an ends up responsible for getting Li Baoping and the rest of the group safely to Great Sui so they can study there. The trip is brutal—they're constantly dealing with hostile forces and weird supernatural stuff trying to stop them. Fortunately, they get assistance from A Liang, a mysterious swordsman, plus some other powerful allies who show up when things get really bad. By the time they've traveled the distance and fought their way through everything thrown at them, Chen Ping'an's gotten a lot stronger. More importantly, he's learned what it actually means to carry that kind of weight.
