Synopsis

A hundred and five years into the Universal Century, and peace is fragile at best. Amuro Ray and others paid in blood for this uneasy ceasefire, but the Earth Federation's grip on the planet and its colonies only tightens. Char Aznable's rebellion failed, sure—but his dream of actual freedom for humanity? That idea won't die. Hathaway Noa is caught between two worlds. His father's a Federation big shot, yet Hathaway carries both Amuro's soldier's loyalty and Char's revolutionary fire. Still haunted by the rebellion, he's founded his own resistance cell called Mafty and operates under the alias Mafty Navue Erin, hitting Federation targets and escalating the conflict. Everything changes when Hathaway stops a terrorist group faking a Mafty hijacking. During the chaos, a young woman named Gigi Andalucia figures out who he really is. Instead of turning him in, she gets pulled into his world—along with Federation colonel Kenneth Sleg, who also gets close to Hathaway. As the fighting between Mafty and the Federation heats up, his secret life starts dragging both of them into serious danger.
