Synopsis

A master pastry chef dies before he can make his ultimate creation—and gets a second shot at life as nine-year-old Pas Morteln in a medieval fantasy world. His father is a legendary war hero running their fief, but Pas has other priorities: he wants to bake. The problem? Ingredients for sweets are basically nonexistent in this world, so he's stuck dreaming instead of doing. That changes when bandits start heading their way. Suddenly Pas has to learn magic and fight to protect his home. But his real goal hasn't budged—he's going to create the ultimate sweets paradise, no matter what it takes.
