Synopsis

Sumireko Ogawa was once a literary prodigy, but at 28, she's stuck as a book clerk, rejected by publishers and burned out on her dream of being a writer. Then she reads some poetry from a mysterious book and turns into a child again—and suddenly, her creativity comes roaring back. There's a catch, though. Her coworker Ren, who knows a lot about the occult, tells her the transformation will kill her if she doesn't keep reading verses from the same book. To survive, she agrees to help Ren and his sister Oto investigate paranormal cases. Sumireko doesn't fully understand what Ren's after, but she's not complaining—this strange new life is finally giving her the material and inspiration she needs to become a real writer.
