Synopsis

Aya Okamura lives by herself in a near-future Japan, having moved away from her parents. Her mom's been working abroad for years, leaving her aging dad Kouji and their cat Mii-san alone back home. One evening after a rough day, Aya brushes off her father's dinner invitation with a lie about still being at the office. But that same night, she gets a call that changes everything—news that might actually bring her fractured family back together.
