Kei Asai lives in Sakurada, a coastal town where everyone's born with some kind of special ability. He runs into Misora Haruki on the school roof one day—a girl who can reset anything around her to how it was three days ago. The thing is, she has no idea when she's actually done it. But Kei does, thanks to his photographic memory, which lets him remember everything before the reset happens. When they realize their powers work great together and help someone out, they decide to join the Service Club to keep doing that kind of thing around town. Things get complicated when they get pulled into working with the Administration Bureau, a shadowy organization that basically runs Sakurada's ability users and manipulates events to suit their own agenda. But as they dig deeper, it becomes clear there's a lot more going on in Sakurada than just what the Bureau's up to.
