Synopsis

Twenty years have passed since the war between immortals and demons ended, and the Three Realms have finally settled into an uneasy peace. Then Ye Bugui shows up. This young guy was being kept safe on Sword Spirit Island, but he breaks free and steps into the world—and his arrival immediately shatters the fragile balance. It turns out there's a huge conspiracy that's been waiting in the shadows since the war ended, and his presence brings it all back to the surface. As Ye Bugui tries to protect the world from what's coming, he's forced to confront his own destiny. His journey becomes a dangerous one, with allies appearing and disappearing along the way. There's probably some dark irony in his name too—"Bu Gui" means "no return," and it might just be exactly what his fate has in store for him.
