Synopsis

Justy Kaizard is a psychic hunter for the Cosmo Police who's racked up an impressive record—over two hundred criminal espers apprehended, including the dangerous Magnamam Vega himself. When he's not out on risky missions, Justy hangs out with his two sisters. One of them, Astaris Vega, is secretly adopted, and here's the kicker: she's the daughter of that same criminal Justy killed. Word of Justy's success has spread through the galaxy's underworld, and the criminals aren't happy about it. They start plotting to take him down so they can get back to business without interference.
