Synopsis

Takamine Kiyomaro is a cynical, apathetic guy who'd rather be left alone—until a small demon named Gash Bell literally shows up at his door. Turns out Gash is caught up in a brutal tournament where a hundred young demons compete to become the next ruler of the demon world. The catch? Each demon needs a human partner from Earth to fight alongside them. Kiyomaro reluctantly becomes Gash's partner, and as the two of them clash with other demon-human pairs, Kiyomaro slowly discovers what it means to care about someone and stand up for what matters.
