Rikotto, Zuzu, and Paroru are intelligent furry creatures living on an island with a strict rule: the outside world is way too dangerous to visit. That doesn't stop Rikotto and Zuzu from dreaming about it, though—especially when cool mysterious stuff keeps washing up on their beach. After finding something particularly awesome, Rikotto talks Zuzu into building a boat. The two of them drag their nervous friend Paroru along and sail off. The foreign land starts out looking amazing, but things get intense fast when they stumble into a huge human city. A circus ringleader spots Rikotto and Zuzu and captures them, planning to make them part of the show. Now Paroru has to figure out which of his fears he's actually willing to overcome for his friends.
