Otoha's hometown has always been marked by an old urban legend—kids vanishing near the river. It hits different for her, though. Her friend Jiro disappeared when they were both seven, and that loss has stayed with her ever since. Now she's back in town as a journalist covering the conflict between the government and the rebels, but things get weird when she gets separated from her squad.
