Things are falling apart. With the Gold King dead, the Dresden Slate—the source of all the Kings' power—is up for grabs, and Nagare Hisui of the Green Clan isn't about to let the opportunity pass him by. He's making his move to seize it, consequences be damned. Scepter 4, the Blue Clan under King Reishi Munakata, stands in his way. Problem is, Munakata's Sword of Damocles is crumbling, which means his entire clan—and by extension, the stability of Japan itself—is on shaky ground. HOMRA's still reeling from their losses, and now Anna Kushina and her people are caught up in the Green King's schemes. Things get worse: Yatogami and Neko are left exposed, and their leader, the Silver King Yashiro Isana, has vanished without a trace. As the remaining clans scramble to deal with the Green King's onslaught, a final king makes an unexpected appearance.
