A massive space monster attacked the city, destroying everything in its path as people fled in panic. Five high school students—En, Kai, Shin, Yoku, and Ryu—couldn't escape and jumped into a nearby patrol car just as the creature closed in. Facing what seemed like certain death, the car suddenly glowed with blue-white light and vanished into a strange pocket dimension. They found themselves face to face with an alien named Bravian, an officer of the Space Police Organization tasked with maintaining peace across the universe. He explained that he'd been hunted by dangerous criminals from the space prison Sargasso, and to help fight them, he'd created a battle machine called Dag Beagle by copying technology from Earth. Using Bravian's power, the five students transformed into Dagwon and engaged the alien invaders. When En found himself in front of the patrol car, he merged with it and became the massive robot Dag Fire, destroying the enemy. But this was just the start of a much longer war against Sargasso's criminal aliens.
