Synopsis

Set in 2018 Tokyo, the story unfolds in a world where magic users live alongside ordinary people. Because of this, magic is heavily regulated—there are strict laws against it, and a special "magic courtroom" has been established to handle legal disputes involving magical use. Wizard barristers, called "Benmashi," defend magic users who get caught up in these cases. The series follows Cecil, the youngest Benmashi ever, along with her coworkers as they take on clients and argue their cases in court.
