Synopsis

Burn's life changes in an instant when he hits Keith Evans on his motorcycle. He brings the injured guy home to recover, but it's not long before armed men show up looking for him. Burn has no idea what Keith's mixed up in, but he decides to protect him anyway. Fast forward three years. The world's gone to hell. Psychics with superpowers are at war with regular humans, cities are destroyed, and families are turning on each other. Then Burn finds out the leader of the psychic forces is the same Keith he saved all those years ago—and he becomes obsessed with figuring out how the kind kid he knew became the ruthless guy heading a war.
