Synopsis

In the near future, Japan's government realizes regular cops just aren't cutting it anymore. So they come up with something new: the Delivery Police—regular citizens who can help arrest criminals, but only in their assigned areas. Taichi's been dreaming of being a hero his whole life, and now he's got his chance as a Delivery Police member. Oh, and he also makes anime for his day job. With his operator Kazuko backing him up, can these two actually catch the bad guys before it's too late?
