Synopsis

Koyuki Honda's looking forward to graduation like everyone else in her class—except she's got nobody to show up for her. Her brother died years ago, and he's her only family. While she's at his grave one day, she runs into two brothers, Kiri and Victor Putin, chasing something weird. They claim they're just actors filming a movie, but Victor starts telling her about some old legend involving the cemetery's clock tower. Supposedly, if you make a wish there at midnight during a full moon, time rewinds and you get back what you lost. Koyuki decides to try it. Big mistake. Turns out the whole legend is a trap set by creatures called Horologues—time demons that feed on human regrets. Victor was actually using her as bait to catch one. When Kiri and Victor finally explain what's going on, she learns they're Chronos Rulers, basically demon hunters who use something called the "Oath of Time" to manipulate time itself and take these things down. After they destroy the demon and save Koyuki from her regrets, she's able to move on with her life. But she's far from the only person drowning in what-ifs. Kiri and Victor have their hands full hunting down Horologues to keep everyone else safe too.
