Synopsis

Ning Yuan barely survives a death trap, only to wake up trapped again—this time by a ruthless gangster named He Zhiyang and a panicked doctor named Su Jin. But that's not even the worst part. They're all stuck on an isolated island crawling with deadly viruses, mutated creatures, and hostile locals. Another group of survivors is in the same boat, literally stranded in the same nightmare. The two groups have to set aside whatever beef they have with each other and work together if they want to escape. Problem is, everyone's got their own agenda, and personal conflicts keep threatening to tear the whole operation apart.
