Synopsis

Seirin faces Yousen in the Winter Cup quarterfinals, a defensive powerhouse built around Atsushi Murasakibara, one of Kuroko's old teammates from the Generation of Miracles. Yousen's "Shield of Aegis" defense is nearly impenetrable, making them a serious threat. Things get personal when Taiga Kagami has to go up against Tatsuya Himuro, a skilled forward with history between them. The two are determined to finally settle their rivalry on this stage, and Kuroko's own tension with Murasakibara only adds to the intensity. If Seirin wins, they'll face Kaijou in the semifinals—and that means dealing with Ryouta Kise, yet another of Kuroko's former Miracles teammates. Kise's "Perfect Copy" ability is already a nightmare to defend against, but he's evolved since they last met. He's now able to mimic the playstyles of the other Miracles, which gives Seirin a huge problem. Finding a way to shut him down won't be easy.
