Synopsis

Ash, Misty, and Brock bring their Pokémon to a rooftop in a busy city to let them play freely for a couple hours. Pikachu's having a great time until he spots a Pichu on a nearby roof and they start goofing around—which almost gets him killed when he nearly tumbles off the edge. He survives by pure luck and ends up on the opposite side of the street with the Pichu and his brother instead. The two Pichu brothers know the city well, so they offer to help Pikachu get back to his friends. But as the three of them navigate through the crowded streets and run into one problem after another, Pikachu starts worrying whether he'll make it back before time's up.
