Synopsis

Lina and Gourry head to the coastal town of Acassi, famous for its octopus dishes. Problem is, the octopus meat comes with a nasty curse—anyone who eats it can only speak Takogo, the octopus language. When Amelia and Zelgadiss show up, followed by Xelloss, the whole group ends up cursed. Desperate to wipe out the humans, the octopi call in a mazoku for backup. It's up to Ruma, a white sorceress, to track down her estranged master and learn the cure before the town is lost.
