Synopsis

Princess Anisphia "Anis" Wynn Palletia has always wanted to fly, despite everyone telling her it's a ridiculous dream for a noblewoman. The problem? She can't use magic—which is kind of essential when you're royalty. Rather than accept defeat, she gives up her claim to the throne and throws herself into developing "magicology," a new field that combines ordinary materials with knowledge from her past life on Earth. With Anis out of the picture, her younger brother Algard becomes the kingdom's heir. He's forced into a political marriage with Euphyllia Magenta, a girl he barely knows, but instead of accepting it, he spends all his time with a commoner. When Euphyllia tries to call him out, Algard publicly dumps her and accuses her of bullying him. Enter Anis—literally crashing her experimental flying broom into a royal banquet right as Algard makes his announcement. She swoops in to rescue Euphyllia and impulsively offers her a job as her assistant. Euphyllia's not thrilled about it, but eventually agrees. Seems like a random partnership on the surface, but Anis definitely has an ulterior motive for wanting her around.
