Synopsis

A year has passed since everything went down at the Sanctuary, and Subaru's been training nonstop to handle whatever comes next. Things are going okay until Emilia gets a surprise invite to meet up in Priestella—turns out it's from Anastasia Hoshin, one of her competitors for the throne. Since it could be sketchy, Subaru and the crew decide to tag along. Once they're in the city though, stuff gets complicated fast. Subaru runs into some familiar faces, but they're not the only new arrivals. A dangerous group shows up with their own twisted goals, and they've got Emilia in their sights. The whole city's at risk if these fanatics aren't stopped. So Subaru pulls everyone together and does what he does best—fights like hell to keep things from falling apart.
