Synopsis

Mao Tsuchiya and Hisashi Ootomo, second-year roommates, have managed to make their dorm situation work despite their shaky beginning. They've set three ground rules: Mao won't out Ootomo as gay or mention his boyfriend, Ootomo won't develop feelings for Mao, and both will respect each other's need for privacy. Simple enough—except the school's film club is about to throw a wrench in everything. The club's making a boys' love film this year, and it's basically perfect for Ootomo to star in. As the lead photographer, Mao ends up directing all the intimate scenes between the main characters. He'd love to say his growing attraction to Ootomo isn't affecting how he shoots these moments, but that'd be a lie. As the filming gets more intense and his personal feelings start spiraling, Mao can't avoid the truth anymore—he has to actually deal with what he's feeling.
