Synopsis

Duwei is reborn into a fantasy world from Earth, arriving in complete silence—no cries, just watchful stares. As he grows up, he refuses to speak and resents being trapped in this place. His father, a powerful general, keeps hoping his son has some hidden talent, but Duwei shows nothing but dead weight. The family writes him off as the retarded heir, a total disappointment. This is Duwei's story of learning how the world really works, using what he remembers from his past life to shed his pathetic reputation—no matter how dark he has to become to do it.
