Synopsis

Ryo Saeba's a top-tier City Hunter, and he works cases with his partner Kaori. When a model named Ai Shindo gets attacked, she brings Ryo on as her bodyguard. Turns out Ai's working for Shinji Mikuni, the head of an IT company—and Mikuni's an old friend of Kaori's. That connection pulls them both into the situation. Meanwhile, mercenaries are flooding into Shinjuku, and a major arms dealer shows up in Japan with some serious new hardware. Between Mikuni being back in the picture and everything else going down, Ryo and Kaori start drifting apart.
