Synopsis

Akira Masaki, a kindhearted high school student, gets pulled into a magical world on her way home. Here, people called wizards are chosen each year to fight against the Great Calamity—a destructive force that's gotten way stronger and deadlier than anyone expected. The Great Sage, who normally guides these chosen wizards, passes the role to Akira instead. She'd rather go back home, but she decides to stick around and help the surviving wizards track down their scattered companions across five different countries. Now it's up to Akira to bring them all together and convince them to fight back against the approaching catastrophe.
