Synopsis

Bumboo is a strange, cute little yellow car-creature who hatches from a mysterious egg at an automobile factory. When Ken hears the newborn's cries, he rushes to the factory and meets Bumboo—and the two quickly become best friends. From there, Ken, Bumboo, and a dog named Mister set off on a world-spanning adventure. Along the way, they run into constant trouble from Doctor Monkey, a villain determined to capture Bumboo for himself, but the trio keeps finding new excitement and danger at every turn.
