Synopsis

After grinding through Benimaru's brutal training, Shinra and Arthur finally make it back to Company 8—but they don't get much of a breather. Captain Oubi gets arrested by military police, and it turns out the White-Clad are pulling the strings. Things get worse when Haumea, one of the eight Adolla Burst users, manages to brainwash Tokyo's leadership and worm her way into the top ranks of the firefighting organization. When Company 8 tries to rescue their captain and take back the city, they end up branded as rebels instead.
