Synopsis

Goodbyes hit different—they're bittersweet in the moment, but the feelings they stir up don't just disappear. Tabi Machi Late Show explores how that lingers. Azuma watches her own student leave and finds herself thinking back on her mentor. Kumeno reflects on a brief but intense friendship with Koizumi. Yukari runs into an old friend at the Lantern Festival. And Sakurada looks back fondly on all the students she's taught over the years. The show is four connected slice-of-life stories centered on partings and travel, each one gently reflecting on the mark people leave on each other long after they've gone their separate ways.
