Synopsis

315 Production is a talent agency that does something a bit different—they scout and recruit people who've already had whole other careers. We're talking former lawyers, doctors, pilots, you name it. These folks are basically starting from scratch in the entertainment world, but the agency takes them on anyway. As they adjust to idol life and figure out what they're doing, they're all working toward the same goal: making it big as top-tier idols.
