Synopsis

The Empire's military dominance seems complete. With the Republic's forces defeated, total victory looks within reach—until trouble brews in the East. The communist Russy Federation is mobilizing troops along its western border, ready to jump into the fight. They've got backing from Allied volunteer mages, including Mary Sioux, whose father was killed by Tanya von Degurechaff. The Federation's determined to spread communism and crush the Empire. Tanya and her battalion head back to the capital after finishing up on the southern front. Almost immediately, they're assigned to monitor the Federation's border movements. With tensions this high, even a minor clash could spark a full-scale world war. The question is whether the Empire can actually pull off victory, or if it'll fall apart when faced with a stronger enemy and completely opposing ideologies.
