Synopsis

Ruuko Kominato is still haunted by what happened at Iona's fan gathering. Now that she knows what being a Selector really means, she and her friends Yuzuki and Hitoe are terrified to keep fighting—not when losing could destroy everything they care about. But Chiyori, another Selector, doesn't seem to get it. Despite everyone warning her, she keeps pushing forward without understanding what she's risking. As Ruuko desperately tries to save her from that fate, she stumbles onto a WIXOSS novel that might finally explain what LRIGs actually are and why these Selector battles exist in the first place. On the flip side, Akira's modeling career is back on track thanks to Iona, who's now under the control of an LRIG named Ulith. Grateful for the second chance, Akira's ready to help Ulith with whatever she needs. What Akira doesn't know is that Ulith has her own agenda—she's planning to use a familiar LRIG to mess with Ruuko and make sure her wish never comes true.
