Synopsis

After a nuclear war devastates most of humanity and fragments the USA into six hostile nations, rumors spread of OZ—a legendary city where civilization actually survived intact. By 2021, scientist Felicia decides to search for it, teaming up with the mercenary Muto and an android named 1019. What they eventually find isn't the paradise everyone's been dreaming about, but rather an abandoned military base run by a dangerous madman. The quest gets more complicated when Felicia's brother—supposedly living in OZ—turns out to be far less stable than anyone realized.
