Tia Allbright is a young swordswoman who arrives on the island of Marcleida carrying Grandeek, a legendary sword inhabited by a helpful spirit. When she's denied entry, she sneaks past the guards anyway—determined to get inside no matter what. It turns out someone's been murdering the island's inhabitants, vanishing without a trace. The culprit is actually Aihorn, a stolen sword possessed by a vengeful spirit seeking revenge on those responsible for its master's death fifty years ago. The killings won't stop until that revenge is complete. Tia's not the only one after Aihorn, though. Another mysterious stranger shows up with the same goal: recover the sword and end its killing spree. The problem?
