Synopsis

Kei Kunieda is a newscaster who keeps up a cheerful, friendly front at work while secretly cursing people out in his head. His double life works fine until he meets Ushio Tsuzuki, an independent stop-motion animator, and accidentally gets caught in a lie that keeps Ushio from realizing they've actually met before—just under completely different circumstances. As Kei and Ushio start developing feelings for each other, Kei's stuck in an anxious loop: he has no idea if Ushio will ever accept both sides of who he is, or if he'll only ever love the fake version he's fallen for.
